One-Way Notifications | Two-Way Chat
Notifications is when you can only send pre-approved message templates. Responses are not monitored.
Chat is when both notifications and replies are allowed. Requires an app (web/ mobile) to chat.
Once your channels are connected, every Messaging App or Web Chat user that messages you becomes a contact.
They remain a contact with data and chat history until you delete them.

The number will be unique to your brand. Unsaved contact will show "~ StoreIVR" only in profile section.

Consumption Fees
As you have selected channel(s) that have a consumption fees, following are the details for the same.
StoreIVR charges a Platform fee of ₹ 0.25 per Template (Business-Initiated) message^.
This is over and above Facebook's Countrywise rates (as per EUR; converted to INR). Know More
^ Session messages are only applicable to Two-Way [Chat] conversations and are not chargeable.
The amount is deducted from a prepaid balance, maintained by StoreIVR.

Voice Calls

The caller will be directly forwarded to a pre-defined alternate number.
Greeting Features
Allow callers to make selection for the department they want to talk with. 3 departments included by default.
Based on the pre-set time, the caller will be (a) Call be handled or (b) Greeting based on NON Business Hour greeting.
Record every call made to the system. You can choose to record 1-way or 2-way. It helps in internal traning.
In-case of NON Business Hour, do you want to give option for user to leave a Voicemail.

The number of departments allowed via the welcome greeting.
